Just being in Muskoka brings a certain peace and tranquility, but no more so than when golfing at Muskoka Bay. The best word to describe the experience of golfing here, is pure. From the moment you pull in to the parking lot until you depart for the day, everything is handled with class.

If you have some time before you tee off, try to spend a couple minutes on the Driving Range; it’s one of the best I’ve seen in Ontario.

Once finished there, get set for an amazing golf experience from the first tee to the 18th green. And if you happen to need an extra hole to settle things, check out this little hidden gem of a tee box.

Yes, this course may be a little pricier than what you’re used to spending, but I guarantee you will leave feeling as though you got every penny’s worth. Between the elevation changes, blind shots, forced decision making and pristine greens, they really seemed to get just about everything right with this one.

The course is tough, but fair; scenic yet straightforward, and in absolutely impeccable condition. Do your best to check it out if you’re ever near the area. Even from Toronto the drive was just under two hours and again, was quite worth it.
