Course: Medinah CC #3
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Length:  7613 Yards
Par: 72
Field: 70
Cut:  None
Defending Champion
: Keegan Bradley
Other: The second and penultimate event of the FedEx Cup Playoffs makes its way to the Chicago area and Medinah CC, a famed Rees Jones redesign. Medinah has played host to pretty much every big event in the game over the years, most recently and maybe most notably the 2012 Ryder Cup; now dubbed “The Miracle at Medinah” after Europe’s incredible final day comeback. The top-30 players in the playoff standings upon the completion of Sunday’s final round will advance to next weeks Tour Championship at East Lake in Atlanta, Georgia. A reminder that the final event will be the first of its kind, as the PGA Tour has adopted a tiered leaderboard format for the final event, meaning players will start the week between Even Par and 10-Under-Par depending on their place in the standings.

Last week saw the elimination of big names such as Sergio Garcia, Matthew Wolff, Bubba Watson and Henrik Stenson

This week players on the bubble include: Phil Mickelson (46th), Jordan Spieth (44th), Tiger Woods (38th), Tommy Fleetwood (24th) and Bryson DeChambeau (20th)
